In Budaörs, in the neighbourhood of nature, yet with good transport connections, 19 minutes by car from Széll Kálmán Square, 3-storey building, perfect for home, business centre, private clinic.
The heating/cooling system is operated by a heat pump (H-tariff electricity), with fan coil units connected. All three floors are covered with granite tiles, under which the underfloor heating is piped (except in the two rooms above). The underfloor heating is powered by hot water produced by the heat pump.
The electricity needed to power the household appliances on each level is generated by solar panels. The maximum output of the solar panels is 7kWh/day, which is enough to run all the household appliances properly, so there was no need to build storage capacity. Lighting is provided by mains electricity, with energy efficient LED bulbs throughout.
For the time being, wired electricity consumption is measured by a central electricity meter, but it is technically possible to install sub-meters per level. The same applies to the metering of solar electricity consumption.
All three levels have fully equipped kitchens (washing machine, dishwasher, built-in sink, fridge, ceramic hob, extractor hood, built-in kitchen units). Bathrooms: ground floor: toilet, washbasin, shower in one, level 1: bath, granite-tiled washbasin, toilet in one, level 2: bath, granite-tiled washbasin, toilet in one.
Basement: brick-clad walls and brick arch.
Fence: the street fence is wrought iron, levelled/dust painted, the other sides have insulated retaining walls with wire fencing.
Garden: fully landscaped with lawns, paving, ornamental shrubs, flowers, solar powered decorative lighting.

Accessibility – By car: 19 minutes from Széll Kálmán Square, 5 minutes from the M7 motorway, 3 minutes from the main Balaton highway. Close to the centre of Budaörs, but away from all noise, with beautiful views. It is easily accessible by public transport from Budapest.
